To create a custom PSYCHE AI Digital Human Avatar, we ask that you record and upload video material using your smartphone, which will be used for avatar training. Our team will review your submitted video and proceed with the training. If your material does not meet our standards, we will provide timely feedback and guidance. The higher the quality of your video material, the more natural your gestures and facial expressions during speaking, the better the training outcome. Below, you'll find everything you need to know to prepare your video for the best results.

1. Who Can Benefit from Cloning a Digital Human?

PSYCHE AI's Cloning Digital Human is ideal for:

1. Business Owners and Brand Founders: If you want to convey your company’s philosophy and values through a digital avatar, but you lack the time to be on camera regularly.

2. Short Video Content Creators: Creators who want to boost production efficiency and reduce costs, such as video bloggers or social media influencers.

3. Professionals in Specific Fields: Teachers, doctors, lawyers, and other experts can quickly convert their knowledge into engaging video content, expanding their influence and improving productivity.

4. Anyone Who Wants Their Own Digital Avatar: Whether you're a public figure or someone simply interested in having a digital version of yourself, this service is for you.

The PSYCHE AI Digital Human is trained using the video material you provide. By inputting text or speech, we can generate videos in which your avatar replicates your real-life appearance, gestures, expressions, and voice.

Once trained, your avatar will be yours exclusively, with privacy protection and full usage rights guaranteed.

2. Essential Guidelines for Recording Your Digital Human Video

1. Equipment Requirements:
  • Smartphone with High-Quality Camera: We recommend using an iPhone 15 or newer model with the HDR photo mode turned off. The frame rate should be at least 30 FPS (some Android devices may vary).
  • Camera Resolution: Set your smartphone camera to at least 1080p resolution.
  • Aspect Ratio: Choose either 16:9 (landscape) or 9:16 (portrait).
  • Video Format: MP4 or MOV.
  • Stability: Use a tripod or other stabilizing device to avoid shaky footage.
  • Lens Cleanliness: Ensure your camera lens is clean before filming.
  • Focus: Lock focus and exposure by holding your finger on the screen.

Pro Tip: Adjust your device to its highest possible resolution and frame rate for the best video quality. The minimum acceptable resolution is 1080p and 30 FPS—ideally, aim for 4K at 60 FPS for the highest quality.

2. Lighting and Environment Requirements:
  • Lighting: Film in a well-lit environment where the lighting remains consistent. Natural, soft lighting is ideal, ensuring an even and flattering illumination on the subject's face.
  • Space: Ensure the subject’s shoulders are fully visible in the frame. The room should be spacious and quiet to avoid distractions.
  • Noise: Avoid background noise such as conversations or mechanical sounds, which could affect lip-sync accuracy.
  • Tip: Since the background cannot be replaced in post-production, ensure that the lighting and setting are clear and well-lit before starting the shoot.

3. Clothing and Makeup Guidelines:
  • Clothing: The subject's clothing should be neat, in contrast with the background, and made of materials that don’t reflect light.
  • Accessories: Avoid metallic or reflective accessories that might cause glare.
  • Hair and Makeup: Ensure the subject’s hairstyle is tidy and makeup is even, with no excess shine on the face.
  • Note: If you want slimming or whitening effects, apply them in post-production before submitting the video for avatar training. No adjustments can be made to the model after it’s trained.

4. Script and Content Requirements:
  • Script Length: Prepare a script that lasts 3-5 minutes.
  • Relevance: Ensure the content aligns with the intended use of the avatar (e.g., if the avatar will be used for product marketing, the script should focus on explaining the product's features and benefits).

3. Recording Process: What You Need to Know

1. Subject Positioning:
  • Seated Position: For optimal face training, it’s best to have the subject seated rather than standing, as standing may cause the subject to be too far from the camera.
  • Centering the Subject: Position the subject in the middle of the frame, with their eyes looking directly at the camera. Avoid angles that force the subject to look up or down.
  • Eye Contact: Ensure that the subject’s eye level is close to the camera lens, maintaining direct and natural eye contact.

2. Recording Guidelines:
  • Natural Speaking: Begin recording with the subject relaxed and silent for 5 seconds. Then, let the subject speak naturally, making appropriate gestures as needed. Aim for a 3-5 minute recording.
  • Recording Format: Use either portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9) mode, with a minimum of 1080p resolution (4K is recommended). Ensure the audio and video are synchronized.
  • Eye Contact: If using a teleprompter, avoid focusing too much on the screen to maintain natural eye contact.
  • Gestures: Allow for natural hand movements, but keep them within the frame and avoid covering the face or neck.
  • Mistakes: If the subject makes a mistake, pause for 3 seconds and continue from the mistake without stopping the recording.
  • Silent Ending: After finishing the speech, return to a silent, relaxed state for at least 5 seconds to maintain consistency.

4. Video Processing and Submission

  • After recording, you may apply light beauty adjustments, but make sure the image quality remains intact (1080p and 30 FPS or higher).
  • Submit the final video in MOV or MP4 format.

5. Review Standards

Your video will undergo the following review process:

  • Video Quality: We will check the clarity, lighting, resolution, and frame rate to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Movement and Expression: We’ll review the subject’s gestures and facial expressions to ensure they align with the training requirements.
  • Lip-sync Accuracy: We’ll assess lip movements and overall language synchronization, avoiding unwanted actions (e.g., licking lips, sticking out the tongue) that may affect training.
